What is a master franchisee?

A master franchisee typically pays the franchise brand for the rights to develop an entire territory and then retains most or all the initial fees and royalty fees paid over time by the individual franchisees within the territory.

They are usually responsible for recruiting the individual franchisees to the area and providing all training and support they need, both initially and on an ongoing basis.

Dehydration is lurking – and can strike at any moment!

There are few things more dangerous in life than not having enough water. As humans, our bodies are designed around this essential, life-giving fluid. We’re 70% water after all, and we can’t go more than three days without it.

Even mild dehydration has an effect. It depletes your energy, leaving you lethargic and fatigued all day long. Plus, you won’t be able to concentrate, focus, or stay patient – which can take a toll on you personally and professionally!

Unfortunately, most people do not drink enough water, and one major reason is that most forms of water can be tough to drink! After all, just facing the prospect of drinking over eight glasses a day of unpleasant plain tap water or even bottled water is off-putting for most people.

Fortunately, there is a better way … Drinking alkaline water that tastes better and is easier to drink than every other water on the planet!

8 glasses of water a day!
Kangen Water®’s unique structure makes it easier to consume the necessary amounts of water we need each day. Plus, you can’t beat the taste. Now, you actually have an incentive to chug away!

Consider drinking ionized alkaline water that is crisp, cool, refreshing, and, most importantly, easy to drink.

Stay hydrated!

Polaris Experience Center

Polaris Experience Center
Polaris was founded in the small Minnesota town of Roseau. Located just south of the Canadian border.

Roseau is home to one of the Polaris facilities that handle Snowmobile and ATV production, plastics manufacturing, aspects of engineering and product testing.

One of the main attractions in this community know for snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and hockey isn’t just a museum.

Instead, the 5,600-square-foot Polaris Experience Center is a self-guided tour, of sorts, through the history of the company that’s been an integral part of life in Roseau for more than 60 years.

From the second snowmobile ever made in 1956, to later innovations such as

ATV’s, Side by Side vehicles and motorcycles, it’s quite a ride.

Located in the Reed River Trading Co. building just north of the Polaris Roseau Plant, the Experience Center weaves product displays with lifelike exhibits, enlarged photographs and DVD presentations.–including a mini-theater to tell the company’s story

If you’re a Polaris enthusiast, then you owe it to yourself and your family to pay a visit to the Polaris Experience Center in Roseau.

While you are there, take a tour of the Polaris plant.

From Courtroom To Kitchen

IMG_0565Nisha Katona is the brains behind the “twisted Indian” eatery Mowgli Street Food, which has four branches.
The 47-year-old spent 20 years as a family and child protection barrister before opening her first restaurant on Bold Street, Liverpool, in 2014.
She had spent years building her passion for food before quitting her day job.
“I was working as a barrister and all the while I was teaching other lawyers and judges about cooking at my home and our local farm shop kitchen.
“I started a YouTube channel as I am evangelical about how simple and healthy Indian food is and how different eating at home is to what we see in the curry houses.”

Karen Beddow Qualified Litigation Lawyer Found Her Passion For Travel

The Key 🔑 To A Balanced Family Life

IMG_0567

Karen Beddow felt she was sacrificing time with her young family while working 12-hour days as a property litigation lawyer.
She now runs a family travel blog from her home in Wirral, Merseyside.
“As well as being a lawyer I sat on two boards – one as a non-executive director of a housing company and as chairman of the trustee board at a care home,” she said.
“There was one particular day where I went to the office at 7.30am, spent my lunch hour on an hour-long phone call, and ran out the office at 7pm to get to a board meeting.
“I got home at 9pm and was still making dinner at 9.30pm. I then sat down and wrote three blog posts, just because that’s what I loved doing and how I switched off, odd as that sounds.”

IT’ S TIME FOR A NEW JOB

SkyWay has a technology that aligns with The University of Indonesia 🇮🇩 the vision of green transportation,

Skyway 21st Century Rail Transportation

The development plan was initiated by signing a MoU between UI and PT. SkyWay Technologies Indonesia. It took place at the University of Indonesia campus in Depok, West Java.

Muhammad Anis, UI Rector said at the MoU event, – “We are glad and believe to be a partner of SkyWay Indonesia, because this is a new technology that Indonesia needs as a transportation solution. SkyWay has a technology that aligns with UI’s vision of green transportation, without using fossil fuels, its development without cutting trees and using renewable energy generation. We hope the master plan form is completed by the end of this year,” he added.

SkyWay elevated train construction is to reduce the number of vehicles that enter the campus site. Previously UI planned to build a monorail but it was considered inefficient because of high costs.

Madinatul Fadhilah, country’s Director of PT. SkyWay Technologies Indonesia, comments, – “Today, it is the first step of our history in Indonesia. Our collaboration with UI will be the benchmark for all the projects that we are going to implement in Indonesia. The Rector was very grateful that we could start collaboration to implement this technology at the University and hoped these technologies would be implemented all over Indonesia.

For the first stage, we are preparing a 4.75 km double-track route for unibus at the University of Indonesia. It will have about 6,000-passenger ridership in peak hours. UI hopes that we can implement the SkyWay as the main transportation in campus, so it will be able to reduce air pollution and rise up UI green metric (international rating). They want to arrange coverage of 26 faculties (5 of them are public and connected to the UI Hospital, neighboring Depok City & Jakarta City).

This implementation is also supported by all the alumni of the University of Indonesia. They are ready to support us as our strategic partners in the government (permit & certification), Educational Programs Committee and in financing.

This week we will prepare our working group and next Monday will start to work on preparing the preliminary data, feasibility study, society awareness (we will create the SkyWay Station Design Competition) and a fundraising program. On November 15, 2017, we will arrange the Seminar “Transport of the Future”, determine the Award to the Winner of the Station Design Competition, and launch the fundraising program.

In this Seminar, Prof. Anatoly Yunitskiy as the SkyWay Technologies General Designer, Prof. Muhammad Anis as the UI Rector, officials from the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of National Development Planning, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and some other related Ministries will be our keynote speakers”.
